We had determined Axbury would attempt a siege on Ironbridge early in the pvp test and decided to focus on our defenses since they controlled the bridge and therefore had the initiative for aggression.

We repeatedly called for other Remnants to be ready to relieve the siege, which we viewed as imminent and the bulk of the reinforcements arrived less than a minute before the Ancients attacked.
