There is a flood like situation in Delhi. Yamuna river has reached its most dangerous form. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal called an emergency meeting on the rising water level of Yamuna river. Delhi Police has imposed Section 144 in the flood affected areas as a precautionary measure. Thousands of people living in low-lying areas have been evacuated to safer places.
