I compare two doughs and two methods for making soft dinner rolls.


One dough is made with half milk/ half water. The other dough is made with all water.


Four of the rolls from each batch are wrapped in a clean cotton cloth. Four are brushed with melted butter. I show you which recipe and method makes the softest dinner rolls even when you are baking in a fan oven.
