Our final night boating holidays on Norfolk Broads 2023 #thenorfolkbroads #stay

This time of year (season) is beautiful on a Norfolk Broad Boat, we saw a lot of wildlife such as birds, deers and snakes.

We travelled from Wroxham to Ludham Bridge where we had to stop overnight. In the morning we visited the only Ludham store based on the Bridge.

We lost a night, so we swiftly left heading to The Stracey Arms Tea rooms, because they had water and it was the last stop ✋ before Great Yarmouth Bridge.

We navigated Bredon Water at low tide and steamed on towards Oulton Broads, Lowerstoft.

We stayed at Oulton Broad for two nights and met the Harbour Master Paul (a fantastic guy). We also saw Arthur, the friendly seal, eating a big bream in front of us.

After leaving there we stopped at the last pub called the Bell-In St Olives to wait for the tide to go down.

Headway towards Wroxham. At Wroxham we missed out on the moorings, so we were unable to stop.

We headed back downstream towards Horning and made a quick stop at Potter Heigham where we stayed the night.

final stop before heading back to HQ was Horning at the Free Moorings.

At the Free Moorings you can only stay for 48 hours before beiing moved on by the Broads Authority.
