Описание

Rocker Pop Star Thomas Dolby is a friend of mine. He is one of the most creative guys I have ever known. He certainly didn't need to be a novelist but he got bugged by this story and thought he would take a crack at writing a novel. He has done a great job.

His debut novel--a historical thriller called ‘Prevailing Wind.’ is set in 1913, and it is the story of two penniless Maine lobstermen who try out to become members of the crew of an America’s Cup racing yacht owned by millionaires — the richest American men — at the wealthy New York Yacht Club.

Thomas was fascinated by the historical background of that pre-WW1 era, and he explains in this interview with me, why he chose it for his new book. You can order it from Amazon. “Prevailing Wind”

Thank you Thomas.
