Hang Tau to Tsiu Keng Lo Wai

This video follows a key section of "the long and winding road", a scenic bike ride through countryside west of Fanling in Hong Kong's New Territories. The highlight (and main difficulty) of this ride is "the spiral ramp" (starts at 5.08), which is steep and narrow and quite a severe test of one's bike-handling ability. The gradient is about 30%.
