Stress management class for first responders held in Newport News

First responders are often called to traumatic scenes which can take a toll on their mental health.
That's why Newport News is making sure their employees are taking care of themselves. Today more than 100 workers showed up for stress management classes to learn how to better navigate the ups-and-downs of the job.
